Safe Transportation\nDrive executives, guests and close family members of executives safely to and from meetings, school, events, airports, and other destinations.\nAdhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and organizational vehicle policies.\nPlan routes to ensure timely arrival and avoid traffic disruptions.\n2. Vehicle Management\nMaintain assigned vehicles in excellent operating and cosmetic condition.\nConduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure regular servicing, licensing, and insurance requirements are up to date.\nMonitor fuel levels and arrange refueling as required.\n3. Executive Support\nCoordinate transportation schedules with executive offices and administrative staff.\nAssist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, and other official materials.\nRemain flexible to accommodate changes in executive schedules and travel plans.\n4. Confidentiality and Professionalism\nMaintain strict confidentiality regarding executive discussions, meetings, travel itineraries, and sensitive information.\nDemonstrate professionalism, discretion, and courtesy at all times.\nPresent a professional appearance consistent with organizational standards.\n5. Security Awareness\nMaintain awareness of potential security risks and report concerns promptly.\nFollow established security protocols for executive transportation.\nConduct basic risk assessments of travel routes and destinations when required.\n6. Record Keeping\nMaintain accurate mileage, fuel, maintenance, and trip records.\nSubmit vehicle-related reports and documentation on time.\nReport accidents, incidents, traffic violations, or vehicle defects immediately.\n7.
