If you’re energized by turning big ideas into real-world brand experiences, managing multiple workstreams, and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional results, we’d love to hear from you.\nResponsabilidades\nManage the day-to-day planning and execution of sponsorship and experiential marketing programs, from early development through live activation\nBuild and maintain project plans, timelines, critical paths, and status trackers to keep programs on schedule and on budget\nPartner with cross-functional teams including client leadership, creative, digital, production, and operations to ensure seamless delivery\nSupport the development of program recommendations, proposals, budgets, and quotes for existing and prospective clients\nContribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic planning to shape innovative experiential solutions\nLead onsite execution of activations and events, including setup, teardown, staffing coordination, travel, and issue resolution\nOversee program financials, including budget tracking, reconciliations, vendor management, invoice processing, and financial reporting\nReview and coordinate program assets and deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with timelines\nBuild strong client relationships through clear communication, regular updates, and proactive problem-solving\nEvaluate sponsorship opportunities and prepare presentations with strategic recommendations aligned to client objectives\nOwn key project lifecycle deliverables, including post-event reports, recaps, results summaries, and recommendations for future improvement\nIdentify opportunities to innovate, improve execution, and strengthen client partnerships\nSupport the management of client and agency-owned assets, including inventory, condition, maintenance, and repairs\nCoordinate external partners such as influencers, photographers, videographers, media, and event support staff as needed\nRequisitos\n3-5 years of project management experience in a client-facing role\nExperience managing experiential marketing, events, sponsorships, retail marketing, or promotional campaigns\nExperience in an experiential agency or similar brand experience environment\nExperience in automotive marketing or with automotive clients is an asset\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment\nStrong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, prioritization, budget tracking, and deadline management\nExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills\nStrong attention to detail, with sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities\nExperience working with staffing teams, vendors, and third-party partners in live event environments\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nWorking knowledge of project management platforms and tools\nA post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, event management, communications, or a related field is an asset\nWillingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on program needs\nBeneficios\n Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): Bond uses AI tools during parts of the screening, assessment, and selection process, supporting a fair and efficient hiring process.
