stakeholders.\n\n- Ensure the overall quality of the product by identifying gaps and improvement areas.\n\n- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).\n\n- Regularly publish statistical reports on defects, test progress, and product quality to all stakeholders.\n\n- Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend/frontend testing.\n\n- Ability to identify issues proactively and create a roadmap for resolving them in collaboration with other teams.\n\n- Perform comprehensive testing to verify that the product addresses real-world user problems.\n\n- Gain a deep understanding of the end-user needs and pain points to ensure the product meets both business and customer expectations.\n\n- Continuously identify ways to optimize the testing cycle through automation and process improvements.\n\n- Possess strong passion for building high-quality software products and ensuring seamless user experiences.\n\n- Knowledge of basic SQL.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Gen AI APP testing, AI prompt engineering, AI agent development.\n\n- Experience in data validation, data pipeline testing, data-model testing, and validating analytical/forecasting outputs is a plus.\n\nNice to have :\n\n- Exposure to chatbot testing, requirement analysis.\n\n- Familiarity with automation tools like Appium/Selenium (Huge Plus but not mandatory).\n\nAdditional Skillsets Desired :\n\n- Flexibility in terms of aligning the work timings as per the project needs.\n\n- Passion to work in a start-up environment and readiness to dabble with challenging technologies.\n\n- Detail Oriented.\n\n- Ability to work in both a solo and team environment.\n\n- Proven ability to communicate Functional information coherently, both verbally and in writing, to internal team and external customers, maintaining a customer focused, friendly attitude.\n\nEducation :\n\n- Bachelors or masters degree in BE Engineering, Computer Science, or related
