It’s a rare chance to be part of a product-driven culture where you make your own product decisions, emphasis is on quality of solutions rather than outputs, and everyone strives to improve across practices, tools, technologies. \nYou’ll enjoy a high degree of ownership, diverse set of problems (technology, regulations, user experience) and an environment that values problem-solving and collaboration. \nYour main responsibilities will be:\nSolve complex customer problems as part of the product team.\nDeliver initiatives from conception to meaningful results.\nBuild, scale and run resilient production systems.\nSuggest continuous improvements to speed of delivery and learning through processes, tooling and teamwork.\nMaintain high code quality and architecture representative of the reality of the business to make sure the team does not slow down in the future.\nWhat would ensure success in this role?\nStrong software engineering background and hands-on experience in .NET, C#, Java or any other strongly typed backend stack.\nFamiliarity with frontend tech, preferably React.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and business.\nProduct-driven and with previous experience in a fast-growing product company.\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nBonus points for having\nExperience with Azure, Kubernetes and Docker\nSolid grasp of designing distributed systems\nRelevant domain knowledge (finance, credit, banking, insurance etc.)\nWhat can you expect at Bondora? \nContribute to Bondora’s ambitious goal of reaching 1BN in revenue.
