In addition, we work closely with our office in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, which is responsible for the Benelux region, the Nordic countries, and the United Kingdom (BDNE Cluster).\nTo strengthen our Out-of-Home (OOH) team, we are looking for a:\n(Senior) Brand Manager (m/f/d)\nFull-time\nWhat you can expect\nYou develop and implement the OOH marketing and brand strategy for the BDNE cluster and translate the regional frame into strong local plans.\n\nYou own an effective and high-performing product portfolio, covering product quality and superiority, innovation and renovation, local packaging adaptation, media, and activation.\n\nYou analyze market, trend, and competitive developments, act as the voice of the local end user, and derive concrete recommendations for action.\n\nYou develop customer-specific concepts and products together with our Key Account Managers and the Sales Directors OOH BNE and DACH, and build strategies to open up new customer channels.\n\nYou plan and monitor the launch of new products.\n\nYou define the key activation KPIs, monitor product performance, and manage the ROI of the actions implemented.\n\nYou coordinate service providers and partners such as external market research agencies.\n\nYou design and adapt the OOH website, and you plan and implement national trade fairs and exhibitions.\n\nYou take part in cross-country strategy and innovation workshops and support their preparation, and you act as the single point of contact for the DACH sales team.\n\nYou lead and develop a team of two: one activation manager and one intern activation officer.\n\nWhat you bring\nAt least 3-4 years of professional experience in brand or product management, preferably experience in the OOH or foodservice sector.\n\nA successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a comparable qualification.\n\nExcellent command of all elements of the marketing mix, from portfolio and innovation management to activation and digital channels.\n\nStrong analytical and creative thinking, paired with financial acumen and the ability to turn market and end-user insights into actionable plans.\n\nExperience and strength in cross-departmental project management, ideally in an international context.\n\nFirst leadership experience and the motivation to develop a small team.\n\nAn independent and proactive way of working, resilience, team spirit, strong communication skills, and organisational talent.\n\nConfident handling of all current IT applications.\n\nFluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; Dutch or French is an advantage.\n\nWillingness to travel regularly to our two locations, Reutlingen and Eindhoven.\n\nWhat we offer\nA diverse and responsible senior position with one of Europe's leading food brands.\n\nAn international working environment across two locations, with an open and appreciative company culture.\n\nThe opportunity to shape our OOH business and to lead and develop your own team.\n\nRoom for initiative, innovative ideas, and personal growth.\n\nFlexible working hours and the possibility to work predominantly remotely.\n\nAttractive benefits such as bike leasing, a contribution to the \"Deutschland-Ticket\", and additional employee perks.\n\nA company that genuinely lives sustainability, responsibility, and collaboration.\n\nDiversity is part of who we are at Bonduelle.
