This international collaboration makes us BDNE (Bonduelle DACH Northern-Europe).\nFor our Supply Chain team, we are looking for a:\nExecution & Activity Coordinator (f/m/d)\nFull-time\nIn this role you are responsible for both execution management as well as activity management across BNDE. This role is a key role in order to deliver our strategy, since having the right product at the right moment is the license to operate with our customers.\nFor execution management this means that you play a key role in ensuring product availability in order to maximize service level and customer satisfaction. We work in a VUCA context and balancing service, cash and costs is a complex challenge that you manage on a daily basis. You work closely with the demand planners who are forecasting the mid-term and you with SC in order to balance stock and transporting. Your other stakeholders are sales, central SC teams, finance and BNE management. You build strong relationships with central SC teams in order to respond to short term disruptions and find solutions together.\nAs the activity manager for BNE you take a leading role in managing all the activities across BNE: items that stop - items that will be replaced - item changes. Your role is to ensure a smooth process that leads to no / limiting disruptions till execution on the shop floor. You work closely with central activity management teams, as well as with marketing and sales and SC teams across BNE.\nResponsibilities: What do you do?\nYou are the key player in delivering the forecast in the short term. If demand increases - you actively look for supply and if supply decreases - you manage with sales the demand. You share your learnings with demand planning in order to take the learnings for mid term forecasts.\n\nYou are managing the out of stock process; balancing cash and cost while maximizing service level for our Retail and Out-of-Home customers. You actively look for solutions to minimize out of stocks.\n\nYou are responsible for quota management across BDNE; you understand the business priorities - you align the process and you manage the daily operations with customer service teams and central SC teams.\n\nIn this role you analyze monthly our service level performance, you make root cause analysis - you generate insights and improvement plans and you share them with your stakeholders.\n\nYou are the gatekeeper and coordinator of our BDNE activities (product launches, stops and changes) and you collaborate with central and local teams to follow the activity process - meet deadlines and mitigate risks\n\nYou actively work with marketing - finance and SC on optimizing our existing portfolio; running analysis , making improvement proposals and executing decisions taken.\n\nYou act as a hinge to the local master data organization and trigger needed change.\n\nWorking on a better tomorrow for our people, planet and food you:\nWould like to contribute to a better future and always keep this in mind when making decisions;\n\nAre maintaining a healthy and safe environment; You pay attention to the balance between work and private life for yourself and your colleagues;\n\nAre promoting the culture of sustainability in the way of working.
