This supervisor role requires you to supervise crews, coordinate workflow, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met. You will lead by example, lead daily execution on job sites, and lead communication between crews, homeowners, and internal teams while reinforcing customer service expectations.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure all work is completed as described in the scope of work and safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards\n\nSupervise crew members on all projects including projects involving subcontractors\n\nCommunicate with homeowners as the main point of contact during projects, start to finish\n\nPrepare and collect invoices once the job is completed\n\nLook for other necessary repairs, i.e, roofing, gutters, etc.\n\nInspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations\n\nDaily travel in the home market\n\nMentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion\n\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n\nValid driver’s license and clean driving record\n\nMust pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen\n\n1-3 Years of industry experience preferred\n\nAbility to work overtime as needed\n\nAbility to work two Saturdays per month during peak season\n\nWork Environment\nThis position primarily involves working in the field at work sites\n\nMust be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment\n\nMust be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.\n\nAbility to climb ladders to determine work needs\n\nDriving\nMust possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.\n\nNote: This job ad description is intended to provide an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications for the position at Bone Dry Roofing.
