Our focus is on creating more value beyond the credit score, making complex financial information feel simple, useful, and trustworthy, and embedding AI into both our products and our daily work.\nThis is a hands-on, high-autonomy role with a strong research mindset. You'll speak directly with German-speaking users, work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data, contribute to our design system, and support less experienced designers through collaboration and feedback.\nYour tasks\nLead product design for a defined area across mobile and web.\nTurn complex financial and credit-related information into experiences that feel simple, useful and trustworthy.\nPlan and conduct customer research, interviews and usability testing, particularly with German-speaking users.\nTranslate qualitative research and behavioural data into clear product decisions.\nCreate user flows, interaction models, prototypes and polished product experiences in Figma.\nWork closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable and implemented with high quality.\nPartner with Product and Data to define what success looks like and evaluate the impact of shipped work.\nContribute to and improve reusable patterns and our design system.\nUse AI practically in your day-to-day work to accelerate research, exploration, prototyping and documentation.\nHelp shape AI-powered customer experiences where relevant - while applying strong judgement around trust, clarity and user control.\nShare your expertise, give thoughtful feedback and help raise the quality of design across the team.\nRequirements\nYou have around 6-8 years of experience in product design, ideally working on digital consumer products.\nStrong experience designing end-to-end product experiences across mobile and web.\nAdvanced skills in Figma, interaction design and prototyping.\nStrong hands-on user research experience - not only consuming research, but planning and conducting it yourself.\nThe ability to simplify complex, data-heavy or sensitive topics into clear customer experiences.\nStrong product thinking and the ability to connect design decisions to customer and business outcomes.\nExperience working closely with Product, Engineering and Data in cross-functional teams.\nConfidence working independently and taking ownership from ambiguity through delivery.\nGerman at C1 level or above, including the ability to conduct customer interviews and usability studies.\nStrong practical experience using AI tools in your design workflow -
