In addition, this position will be responsible for driving and delivering materials and finished goods between locations on a routine basis.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nPerform safe operation of material handling equipment for the purpose of receiving, sorting, counting, tagging, picking, locating, relocating, and delivering materials with accuracy, including warehouse supplies and materials.\nMatch Bill of Ladings (BOLs) and fill out master receiving and shipping logs.\nAssist in the reconciliation of inventory, load discrepancies and packaging.\nPerform proper inspection, tagging, and identification of all incoming material during receipt.\nMaintain and update accurate records of assigned inventory, handle related paperwork and follow departmental procedures, managing, performing and reconciling cycle counts.\nProcess sales collateral and website merchandise fulfillment orders, including monitoring inventory levels\nProcess and prepare dock sales and coordinate fulfillment\nDelivery of Taproom and self-distribution order fulfillment driving company truck\nOffer and strive to upsell additional Boochcraft product on delivery route\nDevelop necessary reports to facilitate accurate inventory counts including records of all audits, counts and adjustments, including additional finance reporting on routine basis.\nConduct searches to locate products within the system and adjust records when there are discrepancies. Take steps to correct and prevent discrepancies and make recommendations for process improvements. Arrange warehouse in an organized fashion efficient for finding, receiving and counting, including rearranging and inventory of bulk ingredients and other materials.\nPrepare staging locations for brewing and packaging operations, tagging all materials in staging locations that are aligned with the production schedule.\nKeep warehouse areas clean, contributing to a safe and orderly working environment.\nContinue his/her education as needed to fill gaps in technical knowledge.\nAdditional duties as deemed by Supervisor as needed.\nRequirements\nWhat You'll Need:\nEducation: High school diploma or general education degree (GED): or 3 years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience: Requires knowledge of and experience with inventory management procedures, order fulfillment process, and general warehousing terminology and practices. Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management systems required.\nLicense or Certification: Prior forklift certification (Will be re-certified at Boochcraft.). Current Class B Driver's License is preferred.\nComputer Skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite: (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).\nStandards of Performance:\nRepresents Boochcraft in a positive manner in and outside of working hours.\nMaintain ERP (EKOS) accuracy in all facets of inventory management.\nWillingness to uphold our external company values\nMaintain a professional work environment that fosters a collaborative team spirit with respect for each individual.\nCompleting all warehouse transactions following the FIFO method of inventory.\nHas a positive can-do attitude and sense of urgency when performing tasks.\nAble to work with a high degree of autonomy and minimal supervision.\nAble to prioritize multiple tasks according to business needs.\nKey traits and attributes: Friendly demeanor, collaborative / team mindset, strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, curiosity minded, ability to inspire, punctual, highly motivated, self-starter, problem solver and detail oriented.\nTravel: Daily transfer of product between brewery and Taproom locations.\nWork Environment: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. The noise level in the work environment is loud. Must have the ability to work in cold boxes for long periods of time, down to 32F. The lighting in the work environment may be dim.\nThis position is onsite with no relocation offered.\nPhysical Requirements: Candidates must be able to perform physical activities which include but are not limited to lifting, bending over, kneeling, twisting, climbing on ladders, stooping, crouching, and routinely lifting up to 50 lbs.
