Working closely with the Director of Marketing during the transition period, this person will become deeply familiar with established 2027 strategies, plans, and priorities before helping drive execution throughout the leave period.\nThis is an execution-focused role for someone who can quickly understand the bigger picture, manage multiple brands and priorities, and confidently take ownership of projects from brief through completion. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product/R&D and external partners to ensure campaigns, product launches, creative projects and other key marketing initiatives are delivered on time and at a high standard.\nThe ideal candidate is both a strong marketer and project manager: someone who can manage timelines and stakeholders while also bringing strong brand and creative judgment to the work. You should be comfortable stepping into an established marketing organization, identifying what needs to happen next and proactively moving projects forward without significant day-to-day oversight.\nThis is a defined-term position. Candidates should be available and committed to the full assignment through June 30, 2027.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nManage day-to-day execution of integrated marketing initiatives across Boochcraft, Mood, Local Roots, and The Boochyard.\nDrive established marketing plans and priorities forward, ensuring campaigns, launches and key initiatives remain on strategy, on time and within budget.\nOwn marketing project management, including timelines, deliverables, status updates, next steps, and cross-functional follow-up.\nAssist with creative workflows from brief through final delivery, coordinating feedback and approvals across internal teams, agencies, freelancers and creative partners.\nPartner closely with Sales to execute retail marketing programs, customer initiatives, sales materials, point-of-sale needs and other tools that support distribution and velocity.\nSupport product launches and seasonal campaigns across retail, digital, social, email/SMS, paid media, experiential and other relevant channels.\nManage relationships and day-to-day communication with external agencies, freelancers, photographers, creators, and other marketing partners.\nWork closely with the Social and Content Specialists and other marketing team members to ensure channel execution supports broader brand and campaign priorities.\nMonitor campaign and marketing performance, maintain established reporting and dashboards, and identify actionable opportunities to optimize performance.\nTrack marketing spend against established budgets and proactively flag potential risks, changes or opportunities.\nLead recurring marketing meetings and project check-ins, ensuring clear ownership, accountability and communication across priorities.\nManage and prioritize incoming marketing and sales support requests against existing priorities, timelines, and team capacity.\nMaintain clear differentiation between Boochcraft, Mood, and Local Roots while ensuring execution remains consistent with each brand’s established strategy, positioning and tone of voice.\nRequirements\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED:\nEducation: 4-year degree preferred (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a relevant discipline)\nExperience: 5+ years of related marketing experience, ideally within CPG, beverage, food, lifestyle or another fast-moving consumer brand\nSpecialized Skills: Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo), Shopify, and project management tools (Asana). Experience with integrated campaign execution, creative briefing, copywriting, and content development. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and paid media. Excellent organizational, communication, and creative judgment skills.\nKey Functions: Campaign Execution, Email & SMS Marketing, Copywriting, Creative Briefing & Management, Project Management, Performance Marketing and Reporting, Product Launches, Agency Management, and Budget Tracking.\nPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.\nThis job description is not intended to be all inclusive. The Marketing Manager will also perform other reasonably related duties as assigned.\nCOMPENSATION RANGE: $75,000 - $85,000 annualized base salary paid for weekly hours worked. Salary is based on experience.
