potential clients.\nPresent Boogie Team’s services clearly and connect our solutions to each prospect’s business needs.\nBook qualified sales meetings and document relevant information for each opportunity.\nFollow up with prospects, address objections, and help convert opportunities into new clients.\nMaintain accurate CRM records, manage your sales pipeline, and track outreach activity and results.\nRequirements\nExperience selling staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing services to businesses is required.\nProven success acquiring new clients, with specific examples of accounts or business you have won.\nExceptional spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation and the ability to communicate naturally and confidently with U.S. clients.\nStrong cold calling, email outreach, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.\nExperience managing a sales pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records.\nAvailability to work U.S. Pacific business hours.\nA reliable remote work setup, including stable internet, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience selling remote staffing or virtual assistant services to U.S. businesses.\nExperience supporting the sales process from initial outreach through closing.\nFamiliarity with the hiring needs of U.S. small and midsize
