This role suits someone who enjoys speaking with people, handles objections confidently, and stays consistent with high-volume calling and daily targets.\nKey Responsibilities\nMake outbound calls to English- and Spanish-speaking prospects using provided scripts and lead lists.\nExplain the client’s products or services clearly and professionally in both languages.\nQualify prospects based on their needs, interest, and client-specific criteria.\nBook qualified appointments, consultations, or follow-up calls for the sales team.\nHandle objections and follow up with prospects to move conversations forward.\nMaintain accurate call logs, CRM notes, and appointment details.\nMeet daily and weekly targets while maintaining strong call quality.\nRequirements\nBased in Latin America and available for a full-time remote role.\nAvailable to work U.S. Pacific Time / Los Angeles business hours, including seasonal daylight saving changes.\nFluent in English and Spanish, with strong spoken and written communication skills in both languages.\nPrevious experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales.\nComfortable making 160-250 outbound calls per day.\nAble to consistently book 2-3 qualified appointments per day, based on the campaign’s qualification criteria.\nConfident handling objections, rejection, and follow-up conversations in both languages.\nOrganized, reliable, and able to work independently.\nReliable internet connection, a working computer, a headset, and a quiet workspace.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting U.S.-based or international clients.\nFamiliarity with CRM systems, dialers, VoIP tools, or call-tracking platforms.\nExperience with B2B or B2C appointment-setting campaigns.\nExperience working toward call volume, appointment, and conversion targets.\nAbility to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural in English and Spanish.\nReady to use your English and Spanish skills to connect with prospects and create sales opportunities?
