The client would like to remain hands-on and manage the systems independently, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable both implementing technical changes and clearly explaining how everything works.\nThe right person is organized, solutions-oriented, and confident working across websites, domains, email systems, integrations, and marketing tools.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist with transitioning the client's website away from WordPress to a more suitable platform or setup.\nConfigure and troubleshoot domain and DNS settings, including email-related records and connections.\nSupport email setup and authentication, including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC when needed.\nSet up and improve marketing automations related to advertising campaigns, lead capture, follow-up, and tracking.\nConnect websites, forms, CRM platforms, email tools, and other third-party systems.\nTroubleshoot technical issues across website, domain, email, tracking, and automation platforms.\nDocument the setup and provide clear guidance so the client can confidently manage the process independently after the transition.\nRequirements\nAt least 2 years of experience in web development, technical marketing, automation, or a similar role.\nExperience managing domains, DNS records, and email configuration.\nFamiliarity with WordPress and experience with website migrations or platform transitions.\nExperience with CRM, workflow automation, or integration tools.\nStrong understanding of website forms, lead flow, tracking, and system integrations.\nAbility to independently troubleshoot technical problems and recommend practical solutions.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nAbility to explain technical processes clearly to non-technical clients.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with tools such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.\nFamiliarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead-generation workflows, and campaign automation.\nExperience connecting ad campaigns with CRM systems, lead forms, email sequences, or automated follow-up.\nKnowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and pixels.\nExperience with website platforms outside of WordPress.\nFamiliarity with email deliverability and domain authentication best practices.\nExperience supporting small businesses or U.S.-based clients with technical
