This role is suited to someone with strong project-management fundamentals who can coordinate a strategy team, maintain momentum across workstreams, and provide clear visibility of progress, risks, and decisions.\nThe Integration Project Manager will translate the integration thesis into an actionable plan, coordinate execution across the strategy team and wider business, and ensure challenges are identified and escalated early. The role manages the delivery process rather than directly managing the strategy team's performance.\nKey responsibilities\nTranslate the integration and value-creation thesis into clear workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, and deliverables.\nCoordinate the strategy team and relevant functional stakeholders to execute agreed initiatives.\nMaintain the integrated project plan, ensuring actions, decisions, and deadlines are clearly documented.\nMonitor delivery against agreed milestones, priorities, and expected outcomes.\nPrepare concise weekly and monthly progress reports for senior stakeholders.\nTrack key performance indicators and support measurement of benefits delivered against the original thesis.\nIdentify risks, blockers, dependencies, and resource constraints, escalating them promptly with practical recommendations.\nFacilitate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up with owners to ensure actions are completed.\nSupport alignment between the strategy team, operational teams, and leadership.\nHelp improve project-management tools, governance processes, and reporting templates.\nMaintain accurate project documentation and create a clear audit trail of progress and decisions.\nCandidate profile\nApproximately 2-4 years of experience in project management, strategy, consulting, business operations, integration, or a similar role.\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously.\nComfortable coordinating colleagues and stakeholders without relying on formal authority.\nClear and concise written and verbal communication skills.\nAble to produce structured progress reports and communicate issues to senior stakeholders.\nProactive, dependable, and willing to follow through on actions.\nGood judgement about when to resolve an issue independently and when to escalate it.\nStrong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; experience with project-management tools is beneficial.\nExposure to post-merger integration, transformation, private equity, or value-creation programmes is desirable but not essential.\nMeasures of success\nIntegration initiatives are delivered on time and remain aligned with the original thesis.\nSenior stakeholders have accurate and timely visibility of progress.\nRisks and challenges are identified and escalated before they affect delivery.\nActions, owners, dependencies, and decisions are consistently documented.\nThe strategy team and functional stakeholders remain aligned and accountable.\nExpected benefits are tracked and supported by reliable evidence.\nBusiness Unit:\nVesta Software GroupScheduled Weekly Hours:\n37.5Number of Openings Available:\n1Worker Type:\nRegularCareer Site:\nMore About Jonas Software:\nJonas Software is a leading provider of enterprise management software solutions, serving a wide range of vertical markets including hospitality, healthcare, construction, education, personal care, fitness, leisure, moving and legal services, to name a few.
