With nearly 20 years of experience and more than 3,000 installations across over 25 countries, we help hotels automate their operations and provide guests with a seamless check-in and check-out experience.\nOur solutions combine self-service kiosks, online and mobile check-in, payment systems, and integrations with hotel property management and access-control systems.\nPOSITION\nTo strengthen our DACH team, we’re looking for a technically curious person who enjoys hands-on work, takes initiative and wants to contribute actively.\nYou’ll support our customers in their day-to-day operations and deliver new kiosk implementations from technical preparation through to successful go-live.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nProvide first- and second-level technical support, troubleshooting software, hardware, network, payment and integration issues.\nAnalyse logs and use remote diagnostic tools to investigate and resolve technical incidents.\nEscalate complex issues to R&D with clear findings, logs and technical documentation.\nAssess technical requirements and prepare, configure, install and commission new kiosk systems.\nCoordinate PMS, payment, network and key-card integrations with internal and external partners.\nPerform remote and on-site testing and support successful go-lives.\nTrain and onboard hotel teams on Ariane software, functionality and day-to-day use.\nTake ownership of incidents and implementations, identify the next steps and proactively coordinate everyone involved through to completion.\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS\nFluent German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken; French is an additional advantage.\nA good understanding of software, hardware and networking.\nStrong analytical skills and a structured approach to troubleshooting.\nInitiative, a strong sense of ownership and an organised, independent working style.\nStrong customer communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly.\nConfidence in training and supporting users.\nWillingness to travel for installations and customer visits.\nA desire to learn, contribute actively and develop professionally and personally.\nExperience with hospitality technology, PMS systems, payment solutions or self-service kiosks is a strong advantage.\nYou don’t need to know every system from day one.
