You’ll work with clients and transportation partners to organize seamless travel experiences, from airport transfers to corporate roadshows and multi-day itineraries.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nRespond to client inquiries, understand their needs, and recommend suitable transportation options.\nPrepare quotes, follow up with clients, and manage reservations.\nPlan itineraries, including airport transfers, corporate trips, roadshows, and events.\nHandle booking changes, cancellations, special requests, and last-minute issues.\nCoordinate with transportation partners to confirm availability, vehicles, chauffeurs, and pickup details.\nWork with executive assistants, travel managers, and travel agencies on corporate bookings.\nMonitor upcoming trips and resolve issues before or during service.\nKeep client and booking details up to date in the CRM and follow every request through to completion.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2+ years of experience in client service, reservations, travel coordination, or hospitality.\nFluent English (C1+) and strong written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple bookings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nProfessional approach to working with corporate clients and high-profile individuals.\nProactive attitude and ability to solve problems under pressure.\n\nExperience in luxury transportation, corporate travel, or vendor coordination is a plus.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nFull-time, remote contract position.\nOpportunity to work on an international
