As a Remote First company, we offer the flexibility of full Work from Home, empowering you to make a significant impact from anywhere in the world.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nRespond to inbound enquiries and prospect for new customers through email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels.\n\nConduct discovery calls, product demonstrations and follow-ups to build and convert a qualified sales pipeline.\n\nCoordinate trade shows, conferences, webinars and customer events from planning through delivery.\n\nManage event organisers, suppliers, staffing, travel, materials, schedules, budgets and contingency plans.\n\nEngage attendees, qualify leads and ensure opportunities are accurately captured and followed up in the CRM.\n\nTrack sales activity, conversions, revenue, event costs and return on investment.\n\nUse AI and automation to improve prospect research, personalised outreach, lead nurturing and CRM updates.\n\nCollaborate with marketing, product, support and onboarding teams across Bookipi and Payroller.\n\nMust-haves:\n\n3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, events or a related commercial role.\n\nStrong English communication skills and confidence conducting customer conversations and product demonstrations.\n\nStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, suppliers and deadlines.\n\nExperience using CRM systems and working toward pipeline, conversion and revenue targets.\n\nExperience supporting trade shows, conferences, webinars or business events.\n\nNice-to-haves:\n\nExperience working with small and medium-sized businesses.\n\nBackground in SaaS, payroll, accounting, hospitality or business software.\n\nInterest or practical experience in AI, automation and technology.\n\nExperience working independently in a remote environment.\n\nA degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.\n\nWhy Join Bookipi?:\n\nJoin Bookipi Group and take ownership of a role where sales, events and AI come together.
