Senior Executive - Graphic Design

Requirements:

• Strong ability to create engaging creatives across social media, digital ads, app & web banners, emailers, push notifications, outdoor branding, event collaterals, and presentation decks.
• Skilled at translating marketing briefs into impactful and visually compelling concepts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with copywriters, marketers, motion designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Strong understanding of maintaining brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
• Expertise in adapting master creatives into multiple formats and sizes while ensuring design accuracy.
• Up-to-date with the latest entertainment, pop culture, design, social media, and digital trends.
• Familiarity with AI tools and new-age creative workflows, with the ability to integrate them into the design process wherever relevant.
• Highly organised with the ability to deliver quality work within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Your Checklist:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and familiarity with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Good conceptual thinking with strong campaign visualisation skills.
• Awareness of digital-first and social-first content formats.
• Understanding of AI-assisted creative tools and evolving design technologies.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics, video editing, and content adaptation is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney, Gemini, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms is preferred.
