background tasks using Celery and Redis;\n\nWork with MySQL databases, including query optimization, indexing, and transaction management;\n\nDeploy and maintain backend services using Docker;\n\nWrite and maintain unit, integration, and API tests;\n\nOptimize application performance, database queries, and overall system reliability;\n\nCollaborate with DevOps Engineers, Frontend Developers, and Product Managers;\n\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining a clean, scalable, and well-structured codebase.\n\nWhat we expect from you:\n\n3+ years of commercial experience in Python backend development, including at least 2 years with one company;\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Python 3, Django, and Django REST Framework;\n\nPractical experience with MySQL, including query optimization, indexing, transactions, and execution plans;\n\nExperience writing and maintaining unit, integration, and API tests using pytest, unittest, or similar tools;\n\nHands-on experience with Docker, Celery, and Redis;\n\nConfident use of Git (GitLab / GitHub);\n\nStrong understanding of REST API design, HTTP protocols, and web application security fundamentals;\n\nAbility to write clean, structured, maintainable, and well-tested code;\n\nGood understanding of backend architecture and application performance optimization;\n\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.\n\nNice to Have:\n\nExperience integrating payment systems and third-party payment APIs;\n\nExperience working with high-load applications and performance optimization;\n\nKnowledge of PostgreSQL;\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines;\n\nUnderstanding of asynchronous programming in Python;\n\nExperience with monitoring and
