looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of commercial experience who can create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-focused digital products.\n\nWe need someone who thinks beyond beautiful interfaces, understands business goals, works efficiently, and actively uses AI tools as part of their daily design workflow.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nDesign modern, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile products;\n\nCreate user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs;\n\nBuild, maintain, and improve design systems, UI Kits, and reusable components;\n\nWork closely with Product Managers and Developers to turn business requirements into effective design solutions;\n\nImprove user experience based on analytics, user research, usability testing, and product goals;\n\nDesign responsive and adaptive interfaces across different devices;\n\nCreate supporting visual assets, including icons, banners, and marketing creatives;\n\nRedesign existing products and contribute to the development of new digital solutions;\n\nUse AI tools to accelerate design processes, explore concepts, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall design quality.\n\nWhat we expect from you:\n\n3–5 years of commercial experience in UI/UX Design, including at least 2 years with one company;\n\nStrong portfolio featuring real projects, demonstrating not only final designs but also your design process, research, user flows, and iterations;\n\nHands-on experience designing SaaS, CRM, web platforms, e-commerce, B2B/B2C products, or mobile applications;\n\nAdvanced Figma skills, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Variants, Design Tokens, Design Systems, and Dev Mode;\n\nExperience building and maintaining design systems and UI Kits;\n\nStrong understanding of UX principles, including Information Architecture, User Flows, CJM, Wireframing, Prototyping, Accessibility, and Responsive Design;\n\nPractical experience with User Research, Usability Testing, Competitive Analysis, and user behavior analysis;\n\nExperience creating interactive prototypes using Figma, Framer, ProtoPie, or similar tools;\n\nUnderstanding of developer handoff processes, including specifications, design tokens, and Dev Mode;\n\nAbility to create supporting graphics such as icons, banners, simple illustrations, and marketing assets;\n\nProduct-oriented mindset and ability to make data-informed design decisions;\n\nStrong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.\n\nAI Experience — Mandatory:\n\nWe consider AI an essential part of a modern designer’s workflow and expect practical experience using AI tools in real projects.\n\nYou should be comfortable using AI to:\n\nGenerate design concepts, ideas, and visual references;\n\nAccelerate UI/UX design processes and prototyping;\n\nSupport UX research and user flow creation;\n\nGenerate graphics and visual assets;\n\nAutomate repetitive design tasks;\n\nImprove design quality and overall productivity.\n\nYou should be able to clearly explain which AI tools you use, how you use them, and what impact they have on your daily workflow.\n\nNice to Have:\n\nExperience working on iGaming products;\n\nExperience designing complex SaaS platforms, dashboards, or CRM systems;\n\nExperience working with multiple
