You’re comfortable working with US-based stakeholders, communicating clearly, and managing your workload independently while contributing to a larger team.\nYour Responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Accountant would be:\nProcess and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoices, bills, and expense reports\nEnsure timely and accurate payments to vendors and service providers\nReconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies efficiently\nMaintain organized and audit-ready financial records\nAssist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable\nCommunicate and coordinate with US-based vendors and internal stakeholders\nIdentify opportunities to improve AP processes and workflows\nQualifications:\n1+ year of experience supporting a US-based business (non-negotiable)\nExperience in Accounts Payable or general accounting (junior to intermediate level)\nFamiliarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)\nSolid understanding of basic accounting principles\nStrong skills in Excel or Google Sheets\nDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).\nHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy\nStrong time management and prioritization skills\nClear and professional communication skills, especially with international stakeholders\nA proactive, problem-solving mindset\nAbility to work independently in a remote setup while staying collaborative\nYour love for Boomering will jump-start with these meaningful engagement activities and perks.
