This is a process-driven role suited to someone who is comfortable working with large volumes of data, conducting online research, and maintaining a high level of accuracy.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview bounced emails, incorrect contact information, and incomplete prospect records.\nVerify whether existing contacts are still with the relevant organization, in the same role, and within the same region.\nResearch and update job titles, contact details, and email addresses where information has changed.\nIdentify appropriate replacement contacts based on clearly defined criteria when an existing contact has left an organization.\nComplete missing information within existing contact records.\nClean, maintain, and update data across CRM systems.\nUse LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other available sources to research and validate professional information.\nMaintain accurate and complete records within HubSpot and SugarCRM.\nUse Excel for data tracking, review, and cleanup activities.\nFlag records requiring additional review or judgment rather than making complex eligibility decisions independently.\nFollow established data-quality standards and processes.\nQualifications & Experience\nPrevious experience in CRM administration, data administration, data cleansing, contact research, sales administration, or a similar role.\nExperience working with CRM platforms; HubSpot and/or SugarCRM experience is preferred.\nExperience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar research tools.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\nStrong online research and information-validation skills.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nComfortable handling repetitive and high-volume data tasks.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nGood written English and communication skills.\nAbility to follow clearly defined criteria and escalate cases requiring additional judgment.\nYour love for Boomering will jump-start with these meaningful engagement activities and perks.
