Bring dependable, intelligent robotics to some of the most important and fastest-growing infrastructures powering the world’s digital backbone - data centers.\nThe Role\nAs a Founding Robotics Software Engineer, you will\nBuild the core software that enables our robots to operate reliably. \nWork across the robotics stack, based on interest, need, or both.\nWrite production-grade code with strong testing practices.\nBuild low-latency scalable frameworks for logging, telemetry, and monitoring.\nProfile and deploy edge-optimized control and perception algorithms.\nTravel to customer sites for robot deployments, and debug problems in the field.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBackground in Robotics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.\nExperience deploying robots in high-reliability environments (AVs, drones, or industrial systems).\nFamiliarity with containerization, DevOps, or edge/cloud infrastructure.\nExceptional skills in C++ and Python, including performance optimization.\nStrong systems-level thinking and comfort working with uncertainty or shifting priorities.\nExperience with some or all of the following robotics topics:Working with robotics sensors (Lidars, RGBD cameras, IMUs, etc.)\nLocalization and state estimation techniques\nClassical robot controls (kinematics, motion planning)\nTraining perception models around 3D geometry and scene understanding\n\nBonus Points\nMS or higher in robotics or a related field\nExperience building data collection and training pipelines\nFamiliarity with robotics simulators (Isaac Sim, PyBullet, Gazebo)\nHistory of web development and/or VR development\nContributions to open-source robotics frameworks or SDKs.\nWe’re not hiring for a checklist - we’re hiring for exceptional people.
