Today, we collaborate with over 800 specialists from different parts of the world, and millions of users use our products and services.\nWe're currently looking for an Account Manager to strengthen the team of one of our businesses - YEEP!\nYEEP is an affiliate marketing business that supplies partners with reliable, high-quality traffic from key digital sources: ASO, SEO and UAC.\nYEEP is for you if you:\nThink in numbers and make data-driven decisions.\nThrive in a fast-paced environment.\nAre focused on results, not just \"getting the task done.\"\nLove testing hypotheses and quickly validating ideas in practice.\nCan explain why something works (or doesn't).\nWant to work with big budgets and scale.\nAre looking for a challenge with ambitious goals and room for professional growth.\nChallenges awaiting you:\nManages existing partners end-to-end: daily communication, retention.\nKeeps existing partners’ data up to date.\nCloses deals (partner brief, recording agreements: payments, attribution window, data access, setting up campaigns and adding them to Keitaro, setting up postbacks; monitors their execution).\nAlerts the business to potential changes in terms within the existing pool.\nMonitors traffic quality (data from the partner’s dashboard side: payback), and informs the media buyer about changes/deterioration.\nControls debts for their partners: collection, payment control, document flow.\nConducts reconciliation (identical data on our side and the partner’s side).\nMonitors caps: tracks when the limit is about to run out, notifies buyers about it, and coordinates further actions depending on the buyer’s decision.\nCommunicates with partners about placements.\nCommunicates with buyers regarding requests for existing partners and offers.\nSupports and assists the business in closing deals (preparing statistics, sources of information for negotiations).\nConferences: prepares the business, provides the necessary information and data.\nWhat matters to us:\nExperience as an affiliate manager / account manager / partner manager in iGaming or affiliate marketing.\nUnderstanding of how affiliate programs work: payment models, attribution windows, caps.\nExperience with Keitaro or similar trackers.\nUnderstanding of traffic payback metrics and the ability to analyze data from partner dashboards.\nNegotiation and partner communication skills.\nExperience with document flow and accounts receivable control.\nAbility to work with large volumes of information and prioritize.\nConfident use of Excel/Google Sheets.\nEnglish language: level sufficient for communicating with partners (as needed).\nSelection stages:\nStep 1: Pre-screen\nStep 2: Interview.\nStep 3: Reference check.\nStep 4: Job Offer.\nFull package for effective work:\nFlexible schedule and remote format - work in the way that suits you best.
