our partner company to build and scale operational processes, frameworks, and reporting across its teams.\nWhat you will do:\nBuild and improve operational frameworks for launching and scaling initiatives (idea → MVP → evaluation → scale).\nDrive cross-functional operational processes and ensure alignment between teams.\nDesign and maintain operational cadences: weekly syncs, monthly reviews, retrospectives, and execution follow-ups.\nDevelop and evolve operational standards, SOPs, workflows, and reporting structures.\nAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability.\nWork with BI dashboards, metrics, and operational analytics to support decision-making.\nPartner with Finance on budgeting, ROI forecasting, and cost visibility.\nSupport portfolio prioritization by evaluating initiatives based on business impact, ROI, and resource allocation.\nFacilitate Stop/Go reviews and operational escalation processes when priorities or assumptions change.\nBuild and maintain a metrics hierarchy: North Star → quarterly objectives → monthly drivers → weekly indicators.\nImprove visibility and accountability across teams through operational reporting and ownership structures.\nAct as an operational advisor for leadership on process optimization and organizational effectiveness.\nWhat we expect from you:\n3+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, PM, or similar operational/process-focused roles in digital businesses.\nExperience building and scaling cross-functional processes end-to-end.\nStrong operational thinking with the ability to simplify and optimize systems.\nStrong analytical and data-driven mindset.\nHands-on experience with BI dashboards and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar).\nStrong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel).\nFinancial understanding: ROI, unit economics, payback models, project-level P&L.\nExperience designing SOPs, workflows, checklists, and operational routines.\nExperience working with prioritization frameworks and operational decision-making processes.\nExperience working in fast-paced digital or online businesses.\nExperience working with distributed in-house teams (40+ people preferred).\nPractical usage of AI tools / LLMs in day-to-day operations and analytics workflows.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.\nWill be a plus:\nExperience in affiliate, marketing, product-led, or performance-driven businesses.\nExperience building operational metrics trees and operating rhythms (WBR / MBR / QBR).\nExperience working in scaling startup environments.\nExperience with portfolio management and
