It brings together:\nbrain quizzes;\nbrain games;\npuzzles;\ncourses and educational modules.\nWhat will be in your focus:\nGenerating new ad creative ideas - testing what resonates with the audience.\nAnalyzing marketing funnels and competitor creatives (both direct and indirect) across different traffic channels. Based on this, you’ll create clear briefs for the design team.\nDeeply understanding our audience-their pain points, triggers, and needs (working closely with co-founders and analytics).\nProposing hypotheses, prioritizing them, and running tests with the team. You’ll also be responsible for launching and analyzing A/B tests - understanding what works and what needs improvement.\nEvaluating performance based on CTR, CPA, ROAS, Retention - not just by thinking, “this looks nice.”\nOptimizing creatives using data - if something doesn’t work, we change our approach rather than just designing “pretty pictures.”\nTesting AI tools to enhance creative performance and efficiency.\nMoving fast, analyzing, and improving - we care about results, not process for the sake of process.\nYou are our perfect match if:\n1+ years of experience in Creative / Performance Marketing in product companies or startups.\nProven experience in creating effective ad creatives for social media platforms (Meta, Snapchat, GDN).\nAbility to analyze competitors quickly and adapt successful strategies for our audience.\nCritical thinking and an analytical approach-creatives should drive results, not just look good.\nData-driven mindset - you should understand and interpret key metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, etc.) to optimize campaigns.\nEnglish level B1+.\nIndependence and initiative.\nExperience working with AI tools for creative analysis and generation (MidJourney, Higgsfield, etc.).\nVideo creative experience and knowledge of current formats (UGC, hooks, short-form) for Meta, Snapchat and YouTube.\nKnowledge of performance marketing or growth marketing.\nAbility to work with video creatives and an understanding of trends in Snapchat, Meta, YouTube Ads.\nBasic copywriting skills - the ability to write compelling headlines and ad copy.\nThe stages you’ll go through:\nStage 1.
