In this role, you will turn operational challenges into practical solutions, introduce meaningful improvements, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across operational teams. \nWhat you will do: \nCreate, optimize, document, and maintain operational processes.\nDrive continuous process improvement using data, automation, and AI-driven tools.\nImplement, monitor, and improve business process efficiency metrics.\nSupport and improve projects, dashboards, and workflows in Jira.\nCoordinate projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, including planning, execution, and evaluation.\nBuild and refine cross-functional alignment between business units and operational teams, breaking down silos and ensuring coordinated execution and delivery.\nEnsure consistent and high-quality execution of service delivery models across operational teams, with a focus on SLA compliance, clear ownership, and expected outcomes.\nManage selected operational budgets and optimize expenses.\nWhat we expect from you: \nAt least 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a company with 200+ people.\nHands-on experience building, documenting, and improving business processes, making them clear, efficient, and consistent.\nStrong collaboration skills, with the ability to align and coordinate work across different teams and departments.\nProven ability to drive change and introduce new ideas, even without direct authority.\nAnalytical mindset, with the ability to turn data and operational challenges into clear, practical solutions.\nAdvanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic automation;
