You will work directly with the National Director of Marketing to craft eye-catching visuals, photography, and video content for both national and regional campaigns, with your work promoting our brand across Canada, from social media content to in-store displays and large-scale advertising.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with the National Director of Marketing and our Marketing Department to develop eye-catching visuals for all national and regional campaigns\nPlan, shoot, and edit photography for product, lifestyle, in-store, and social media use\nPlan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, digital advertising, and in-store screens\nInterpret project briefs to design compelling campaign elements that resonate with our audience\nDesign print and digital advertising, in-store signage, menu boards, and packaging graphics\nManage your creative queue to meet deadlines without compromising quality\nEnsure all designs adhere to Booster Juice brand guidelines while infusing your own style\nMaintain and organize the brand photo and video asset library\nSupport Franchise Partners across Canada with local promotions and event materials\nCollaborate on national marketing materials, new product launches, and large-scale campaigns\nAssist with operational and store development requests, ensuring brand consistency throughout\nKeep IT, Store Development, Franchising, and Operations teams updated on project progress\nWork with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials\nContribute fresh, creative ideas that enhance our marketing efforts and set us apart in the market\nWhat You Bring:\nA Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Graphic Design or a related field.\n1-2 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an in-house or agency setting.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Animate, Lightroom) and Microsoft Office Suite.\nDemonstrated photography skills, including lighting, styling, and editing.\nVideography and video editing skills, including shooting, editing, and motion graphics for social media.\nComfort operating camera, lighting, and audio equipment on in-house shoots.\nStrong understanding of web design fundamentals and file preparation for web.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nA positive, collaborative attitude with a strong sense of teamwork.\nThe ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.\nAttention to detail, quality assurance, and a readiness to handle constructive feedback.\nExperience with print production and prepress skills (an asset).\nRetail design experience (an asset).\nAdditional Details:\nMust be legally eligible to work in Canada\nA drivers’ license and access to a vehicle is considered an asset for in-town events.\nPrevious experience in retail, food, or consumer brand marketing is considered an asset.\n\nSeems like a good fit?
