This role requires a balanced mix of technical understanding and exceptional soft skills to manage teams and communicate with stakeholders effectively.\nRequirements:\n\n 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the blockchain/Web3 space or software development.\n\nDeep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain principles, and decentralized applications will be a plus.\n\nExceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are critical for this role.\n\nThe ability to manage diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment is paramount.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on proactive decision-making.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nAbility to set up and execute Agile practices\n\n A strong commitment to understanding and addressing client needs, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.\n\n Upper-Intermediate English; additional languages are a plus.\n\nResponsibilities:\nRun several projects simultaneously \n\nLead distant cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals.\n\nSet up and manage clients' expectations , providing minutes of meetings via email or Slack, regular status updates and weekly calls, reporting tools\n\nIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.\n\nDefine and control project scope, budget and timeline during SDLC\n\nUtilizing Agile practiсes on the project and making sure that the team is following them\n\nOversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet the highest standards.\n\nMonitor customer satisfaction; surface growth opportunities and follow-ups.
