security through access controls, backups, and firewalls\n\n● Install, configure, and upgrade systems, software, and hardware\n\n● Stay up to date with new technologies and system releases\n\n● Develop expertise and provide training to employees on new technologies and tools\n\n● Build and maintain an internal IT wiki with technical documentation, manuals,\n\ntroubleshooting guides, and IT
