This role involves end-to-end management of the client relationship, P&L accountability, delivery engine oversight, and practice growth. Success is measured by billed professionals, turnaround time, compliance, and new client acquisition.\nManage end-to-end Client relationship, including APAC Staffing Office and hiring managers across multiple cities\nOversee account P&L, including pricing, margin discipline, invoicing, and contract compliance\nLead delivery engine: talent benches, onboarding, retention, and redeployment\nDevelop BFSI practice by acquiring two additional banking, NBFC, insurance, or bank-GCC clients within 18 months\n15+ years in IT services or professional staffing, with 8+ years leading banking or financial-services accounts\nExperience running a global bank or large NBFC account with 50+ professionals, multi-year, rate-card based, through MSP/VMS programmes like Fieldglass\nClient India experience is a strong plus; experience with HSBC, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Standard Chartered, Wells Fargo, or Barclays GCC accounts is desirable\nDomain knowledge in AI/ML, data engineering, analytics, or risk to qualify profiles and engage with hiring managers\nAbility to interpret MSAs and translate them into operating rules\nProven track record of meeting margin or P&L targets\nBased in Bengaluru or willing to relocate; willingness to travel monthly to Chennai, Mumbai, and Pune\nYour application is completed on VHire.
