You’ll collaborate with key suppliers like Beiersdorf and L’Oreal, ensuring we deliver our summer plans effectively while responding to market trends. This role is essential for maintaining our position as a market leader and requires a dynamic approach to seasonal trading.\nKey responsibilities\nManage the Sunpreps & Self Tan categories, focusing on own brand and influencer-founded brands.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with supply, .com, product, ROI, and merchandising teams.\nReact to market trends and weather conditions to deliver the summer plan at pace.\nWork closely with suppliers to ensure product availability and visibility.\nFlexibly manage workload to adapt to seasonal demands and sales planning.\nSupport the development of marketing strategies for product launches.\nWhat you'll need to have (our must-haves)\nPassion for product management and category development.\nStrong ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships.\nExcellent analytical skills to react to market trends.\nExperience in retail or category management, preferably in beauty or personal care.\nIt would be great if you also have\nExperience working with well-known brands in the beauty sector.\nKnowledge of seasonal trading strategies.\nFamiliarity with supplier relationship management.\nA degree in Marketing or a related field.\nWhere your brilliance can take you\nAt Boots, your career growth is a priority.
