Supporting the Digital Implementation Manager, you'll play an important role in planning and coordinating cutover and implementation activity, making sure projects are tested, signed off and launched smoothly for customers and colleagues.\nWorking across Transformation, Technical, Change and wider Implementation teams, you'll help keep delivery moving by tracking dependencies, supporting testing and spotting risks early. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, collaboration and hands-on delivery in a fast-moving digital environment where their work has clear, visible impact.\nKey responsibilities\nSupport the planning and coordination of cutover and implementation activities for digital projects impacting Boots.com.\nWork cross-functionally with Transformation, Technical, Change and wider Implementation teams to track progress and maintain delivery momentum.\nManage dependencies across workstreams and help ensure actions are followed through ahead of go-live.\nSupport testing activity, including exploratory testing, automated testing and UAT, ensuring agreed standards and acceptance criteria are met.\nHelp identify, track and escalate risks, issues or delays early so they can be resolved quickly.\nAssess and document requirements for new systems and tools, supporting accurate project estimates and planning.\nMake sure Digital Operations activity is fully captured and considered within project delivery plans.\nSupport smooth handovers between release, project and incident support teams.\nContribute to workshops with technical and process teams to help drive accurate, consistent decisions.\nProvide practical support and subject-matter input to current and future digital implementation projects.\nWhat you'll need to have (our must-haves)\nStrong communication skills, with the confidence to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and close attention to detail.\nA structured, organised approach to delivery and improving business processes.\nStrong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix environment.\nConfidence working across multiple systems and picking up new tools quickly.\nThe ability to stay calm and organised while working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced online environment.\nA proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the confidence to raise risks and issues early.\nFlexibility to work varied hours, including early starts, when required.\nIt would be great if you also have\nExperience in project delivery within a digital, eCommerce or customer-facing environment.\nExposure to digital releases, cutover planning or implementation activity.\nExperience supporting change management across multiple teams or workstreams.\nFamiliarity with testing processes such as exploratory testing, automated testing or UAT.\nExperience working in a large business where cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management are key.\nWhere your brilliance can take youThis role offers the chance to build your career at the heart of digital transformation at Boots.
