Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development of world-class products that foster brand loyalty and drive growth.\nKey responsibilities\nContribute to the brand innovation vision by spotting emerging trends and translating them into actionable propositions.\nSupport the creation of ideation opportunities that populate a winning innovation roadmap.\nBuild best-in-class product benchmarking analysis across all product and brand touchpoints.\nStay inspired through cultural signals and the latest in product and commercial ideas.\nTranslate emotional consumer insights into functional product truths that are desirable and feasible.\nPartner with the Portfolio Delivery team to manage cross-functional meetings and ensure project timelines are met.\nSupport the selection and management of key development partners in fragrance, formulation, packaging, and design.\nWhat you'll need to have (our must-haves)\nStrong strategic foresight and consumer insight application that generates breakthrough ideas.\nAbility to translate macro trends into micro product details, including packaging and formulation.\nExperience in creating inspiring briefs and emotionally compelling narratives.\nProven track record of leading suppliers and partners to deliver innovative product ideas.\nIt would be great if you also have\nA passion for beauty and skincare.\nPrevious experience in the beauty category.\nFamiliarity with consumer testing and product development processes.\nWhere your brilliance can take you\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the brand's innovation strategy, allowing for creative input in product development.
