We are looking for an individual with strong commercial awareness, passion for detail and the initiative to proactively drive forwards existing in-store Private Services, in particular working with our new and existing HealthCare Centre stores that deliver our highest volume of Private Services. We are looking for a leader who will creatively seek new opportunities and explore new ways of working.\nKey responsibilities\nLead the commercial healthcare services delivery of new consultation room schemes, new Healthcare Centre stores, new Services delivery ensuring all are landed right first time.\nWork collaboratively with the support office teams, stores and stakeholders to ensure Stores are set up for success.\nBuild & maintain strong relationships within a number of internal teams to achieve this e.g. Layouts, Property, Marketing, IT, HR, Finance, Pharmacy Ops and Field teams.\nDeliver continuous improvements in the end-to-end ways of working for Healthcare Centre stores & all locations receiving incremental Pharmacist/Nurse investment.\nProvides escalation support for our Healthcare Centre stores.\nSupport the IP strategy in Healthcare Centre Stores.\nWhat you’ll need to have (our must-haves)\nExperience in a healthcare or retail environment.\nAbility to build relationships and engage & influence at all levels, both internally.\nPlanning skills & good time management.\nHolding to account and getting buy-in.\nAbility to cope with ambiguity and change.\nCreative problem solving.\nSelf-motivation and flexibility.\nInfluencing.\nFlexibility to travel.\nIt would be great if you also have\nA background in project management.\nKnowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.\nWhere your brilliance can take you\nAt Boots, we believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth.
