This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll get stuck in on the shop floor, supporting your team, working in the dispensary and role modelling how great care and strong sales performance go together.\nYou will:\nLead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service\nDrive sales and performance, balancing customer care with commercial goals\nBuild strong relationships with GP surgeries, primary care networks and actively engage with the local community\nDeliver NHS and private services safely and confidently, offering clear, trusted and expert advice\nWork in and run a well-organised and compliant dispensary, where attention to detail really matters\nChampion the Boots brand and making your store stand out\nGet to know your people - what motivates them, and what needs to change\nCoach and support your team-helping them grow in confidence, skills and experience\nBe bold, try new things and use data and insights to look for ways to improve every day\nWhat you’ll need to have (our must-haves)\nRetail management experience and strong commercial awareness\nNVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or other UK equivalent) \nExperience working in a UK dispensary\nGreat customer service skills and a passion for delivering care\nAbility to lead performance and implement strategy in-store\nA calm, flexible approach with the confidence to adapt at pace\nA collaborative style.
