You will lead a multi-discipline delivery team, working closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders to resolve delivery issues and drive project outcomes. Your expertise will help align projects with business priorities and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.\nKey responsibilities\nLead longer-term resource planning in collaboration with Business Relationship Managers.\nDrive the end-to-end delivery of projects within timescale, cost, and quality criteria.\nManage day-to-day resources within the team to deliver approved work.\nProactively manage portfolio-level Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID).\nBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand their priorities.\nEnsure compliance with project delivery methodologies and processes.\nValidate and approve estimates for all projects to ensure value for money.\nCoach and develop project teams to improve ways of working.\nWhat you'll need to have (our must-haves)\nProven experience in managing the successful delivery of multiple IT projects.\nExpertise in various IT project delivery methodologies, including Agile.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nProject management qualification such as APMP, PRINCE2, or MSP.\nCommercial awareness and supplier management experience.\nIt would be great if you also have\nUnderstanding of retail environments and processes.\nExperience managing projects in outsourced environments.\nKnowledge of specific IT retail environments.\nExperience with mobile app project delivery.\nWhere your brilliance can take you\nAt Boots, your career growth is a priority.
