Your expertise will help manage 1st and 2nd line technical issues, ensuring that our healthcare platform operates smoothly. You will also facilitate new joiner inductions and oversee device management tasks, making a significant impact on the efficiency of our IT operations.\nKey responsibilities:\nManage 1st and 2nd line technical issues.\nProvide support through our IT Support channel and handle incidents raised.\nConduct new laptop builds, account creation, and inductions for new joiners.\nOversee laptop device refresh schedules.\nProcess leaver requests and offboarding procedures.\nMaintain effective communication with end users and stakeholders.\nWhat you'll need to have (our must-haves):\nExperience working in an IT environment.\nStrong technical troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent non-technical communication skills.\nResilience in facing challenges and supporting team members.\nAbility to document issues and resolutions effectively.\nHappy to work on-call (paid) on a rota basis across the team. \nIt would be great if you also have:\nPrevious Helpdesk experience (advantageous but not essential).\nFamiliarity with Apple or Windows devices.\nExperience with core applications such as Okta, Jamf, Atlassian, and Google Suite (training will be provided).\nA desire to learn new skills and grow within the role.\nWhere your brilliance can take you:\nAt Boots, we believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth.
