Your focus will be on enhancing customer experience through effective management of Beauty, General Merchandising, and cross-format initiatives. By driving cross-functional teams, you will ensure that projects are executed flawlessly, keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of all activities.\nKey responsibilities\nLead cross-functional teams to deliver in-store execution across categories such as Premium Beauty and Electrical Beauty.\nManage the delivery of macro store format programmes that enhance customer perception.\nBlend commercial opportunities with operational excellence to achieve optimal execution.\nOversee multiple overlapping projects while managing competing stakeholder priorities.\nLine manage and support the development of a direct report, providing coaching, performance feedback and growth opportunities to build capability and ensure successful programme delivery.\nMaintain governance visibility on project progress and issues, ensuring timely communication.\nFoster strong relationships with senior stakeholders across various functions.\nWhat you'll need to have (our must-haves)\nProven experience in programme management, ideally within the retail or beauty sectors.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse cross-functional teams.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on delivery.\nIt would be great if you also have\nExperience in managing store-related projects or initiatives.\nFamiliarity with governance reporting and mitigation plans.\nA continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nWhere your brilliance can take you\nAt Boots, your career growth is a priority.
