Join Boots as our Property Programme Office Manager and play a key role in delivering retail property programmes across the UK and ROI. Based in Nottingham, you'll lead a team responsible for governance, reporting and programme coordination, helping deliver significant investment across our store estate.\nAs Property Programme Office Manager, you'll lead the Property PMO team and oversee the successful delivery of property programmes across the Boots retail portfolio. Reporting to the Property Director (VP), you'll manage a team of five and act as the central point of coordination between property, commercial, operational and senior leadership teams.\nKey responsibilities\nLeading and developing the Property Programme Office to ensure effective governance and delivery across all property programmes.\n\nCoordinating a wide range of initiatives including store refits, relocations, space changes, new store projects and disposal programmes.\n\nMonitoring programme performance, budgets, timelines and key milestones, providing clear reporting and dashboards to stakeholders and senior leaders.\n\nManaging governance processes, programme reviews and stakeholder meetings, ensuring decisions and actions are effectively communicated.\n\nDriving improvements in programme management processes, reporting and data management through the use of technology and best practice.\n\nProviding expert advice and insight as a member of the Property Leadership Team.\n\nWorking closely with commercial, operations and finance teams to support successful programme delivery across the estate.\n\nWhat you’ll need to have (our must-haves)\nProven experience in property management or project management.\n\nExperience managing large-scale property programmes or portfolios, ideally within a retail or commercial property environment.\n\nStrong understanding of property project delivery, including refits, relocations, new builds and asset improvement programmes.\n\nExperience managing multiple priorities, budgets and timelines within a complex business environment.\n\nStrong leadership skills with experience developing and managing teams.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams. \nExperience with project governance, risk management, reporting and programme assurance.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power BI or similar reporting and programme management tools.\n\nIt would be great if you also have\nExperience working within a large retail estate or multi-site property environment.\n\nA professional project or programme management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, MSP or equivalent.\n\nExperience introducing process improvements and leveraging technology to improve reporting and programme performance.\n\nKnowledge of retail property strategy, capital investment programmes and portfolio management.\n\nWhere your brilliance can take you\nAt Boots, we believe in your potential.
