What you'll be doing
As a Healthcare Proposition Development Manager at Boots, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our healthcare ecosystem. You will lead the development and delivery of innovative healthcare propositions that enhance customer experiences and drive growth for Boots Health. Collaborating with various internal teams and external partners, your work will directly impact the quality of healthcare services we provide.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the identification, development, and delivery of new healthcare propositions and partnerships.
- Manage one direct report, fostering their growth and development.
- Build on existing healthcare partnerships while identifying new opportunities.
- Develop innovative, customer-centric solutions that enhance healthcare experiences.
- Create compelling business cases and commercial models to support investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Healthcare, Digital, Loyalty, Operations, Clinical, and Commercial functions.
- Influence senior stakeholders and provide clear recommendations for decision-making.
- Drive proposition discovery and validation activities to ensure alignment with customer needs.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
- Proven experience in developing and delivering customer propositions within healthcare, retail, or digital.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through to delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple teams.
- Experience managing external partners and building collaborative relationships.
- Ability to build business cases and evaluate commercial opportunities.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience working in healthcare or customer health and wellbeing propositions.
- Familiarity with developing or managing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers.
- Experience in developing digital products or services that enhance customer experiences.
- Understanding of clinical governance considerations when developing healthcare services.
