You will lead the development and delivery of innovative healthcare propositions that enhance customer experiences and drive growth for Boots Health. Collaborating with various internal teams and external partners, your work will directly impact the quality of healthcare services we provide.\nKey responsibilities\nLead the identification, development, and delivery of new healthcare propositions and partnerships.\nManage one direct report, fostering their growth and development.\nBuild on existing healthcare partnerships while identifying new opportunities.\nDevelop innovative, customer-centric solutions that enhance healthcare experiences.\nCreate compelling business cases and commercial models to support investment decisions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams across Healthcare, Digital, Loyalty, Operations, Clinical, and Commercial functions.\nInfluence senior stakeholders and provide clear recommendations for decision-making.\nDrive proposition discovery and validation activities to ensure alignment with customer needs.\nWhat you'll need to have (our must-haves)\nProven experience in developing and delivering customer propositions within healthcare, retail, or digital.\nExperience leading cross-functional projects from concept through to delivery.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple teams.\nExperience managing external partners and building collaborative relationships.\nAbility to build business cases and evaluate commercial opportunities.\nIt would be great if you also have\nExperience working in healthcare or customer health and wellbeing propositions.\nFamiliarity with developing or managing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers.\nExperience in developing digital products or services that enhance customer experiences.\nUnderstanding of clinical governance considerations when developing healthcare services.\nWhere your brilliance can take you\nAt Boots, this role offers you the opportunity to shape innovative healthcare propositions that can significantly impact customer experiences.
