This role sits within our Support Office TA team, where you’ll partner closely with hiring teams, people partners and other stakeholders to understand resource needs, shape recruitment plans and keep candidate experience at the heart of every process.\nYou’ll bring pace, care and commercial awareness to a busy recruitment environment, using attraction strategies, social media and labour market insight to build strong pipelines. It’s a hands-on role with real visibility, giving you the chance to influence hiring activity for a much-loved UK brand from the centre of our Nottingham Support Office.\nKey responsibilities\nManage full life-cycle recruitment activity across multiple project hiring needs.\nPartner with people partners, hiring managers and stakeholders to understand current and future resource requirements.\nCreate practical, innovative recruitment plans that support project delivery and longer-term workforce needs.\nBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority roles across The Boots Group.\nAct as a brand ambassador across social media channels, sharing Boots’ culture and opportunities with potential candidates.\nDeliver a positive, inclusive candidate experience from first contact through to outcome.\nProvide insight into external labour markets, talent availability and competitive hiring dynamics to support decision-making.\nUse attraction strategies, campaign thinking and recruitment marketing approaches to engage relevant talent.\nBalance pace, quality and stakeholder expectations in a fast-moving recruitment environment.\nSupport continuous improvement in how Boots attracts, assesses and hires talent.\nDeliver on agreed recruitment metrics.\nWhat you'll need to have (our must-haves)\nSignificant experience in full life-cycle recruitment, ideally gained in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build relationships with hiring managers and leadership.\nA proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to keep things moving when priorities change.\nExcellent time management and organisational skills, with experience managing multiple roles or projects at once.\nKnowledge of recruitment attraction strategies, including social media and campaign-led activity.\nA genuine focus on candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices.\nConfidence using external market insight to inform recruitment plans and stakeholder conversations.\nIt would be great if you also have\nExperience in interviewing and selection design.\nExperience supporting project-based recruitment, future workforce planning or campaign hiring.\nWhere your brilliance can take you\nAt Boots, we believe in the brilliance our people already bring and give them the opportunity to grow it further.
