The candidate will be responsible for technical direction, team development, delivery and engineering quality while remaining hands-on with technical discussions, architecture and critical engineering problems.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead and develop a team of AI/ML and software engineers.\n\n- Drive the development of Multi-Agentic AI systems and production-grade AI solutions.\n\n- Own AI orchestration, agent workflows and RAG pipelines.\n\n- Provide technical direction around architecture, design and engineering practices.\n\n- Review technical designs and code and help resolve complex engineering challenges.\n\n- Plan and manage engineering delivery, timelines and sprints.\n\n- Drive hiring, onboarding, performance management and career development.\n\n- Ensure engineering quality, testing, CI/CD and production reliability.\n\n- Work with architects, product managers and delivery teams to translate requirements into engineering solutions.\n\n- Drive adoption of AI evaluation, guardrails and observability practices.\n\n- Communicate technical progress, risks and delivery status to senior leadership and clients.\n\nMandatory Skills :\n\n- Multi-Agentic AI\n\n- AI Orchestration\n\n- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)\n\n- Strong production/development-side engineering experience\n\nOther Relevant Skills :\n\n- GenAI / Generative AI\n\n- LLMs\n\n- Python\n\n- AWS / Azure / Cloud\n\n- Agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, Bedrock Agents/Strands or Semantic Kernel\n\n- API development\n\n- CI/CD\n\n- Vector databases\n\n- Prompt engineering\n\n- AI evaluation, guardrails and observability\n\nCandidate Profile :\n\n- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.\n\n- Strong development/production engineering background.\n\n- Demonstrated experience managing and leading engineering teams.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI, GenAI/LLM and RAG systems.\n\n- Experience building and deploying production-grade AI solutions.\n\n- Strong technical leadership and delivery ownership.\n\n- Ability to remain technically involved while managing the engineering team.\n\n- Preferred : Experience
