Purpose of the role:The Area Manager is accountable for overseeing branch and site operations within a defined geographical region. Acting as the critical link between senior leadership and regional teams, the Area Manager ensures the effective implementation of Booyco Electronics' strategic objectives. This includes driving business development, enforcing SLA compliance, improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams. The role demands strong commercial insight, proactive leadership, and a commitment to creating "Raving Fans" through consistent service excellence. Education, experience and competencies: Matric and National Diploma in Engineering, Business Management, Operations Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations. A post-graduate qualification is advantageous Minimum 5-8 years in operations or field services, with at least 3 years in a leadership or regional management role, preferably in mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. Solid understanding of MHSA, OHSA, Section 21 files, SLA management, and mine site operational requirements. Experience with risk assessments and compliance is essen
