AFSIM Integration Analyst

As an AFSIM Integration Analyst on our team, you’ll be delivering advanced modeling and simulation analyses that directly support the Air Force acquisition community. We are seeking an experienced AFSIM Integration Analyst to build, run, and evaluate high-fidelity mission-level simulations using the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM). In this role, you'll be a contributing key member of a multidisciplinary team providing essential modeling and simulation solutions, including platform assessments and mission effectiveness analysis.

What You’ll Work On:

• Collaborate with functional teams of engineers, intel community, and stakeholders to translate operational requirements and program objectives into informed AFSIM models.

• Perform post-processing and visualization of AFSIM simulation datasets to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

• Develop and execute complex AFSIM-based platform performance and system-of-systems effectiveness.

• Apply Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A)processes to ensure the credibility and reliability of AFSIM models and results.

• Support documentation of models, scenarios, methodologies, and findings to facilitate knowledge transfer and program oversight.

• Stay currentwith AFSIM capabilities, DoD modeling and simulation best practices, and emerging operational concepts to deliver innovative analytical solutions.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experiencein modeling and simulation or operations analysis

• 1+ years of experiencewith AFSIM, including mission-level modeling and scenario analysis

• Ability tointerpret and model operational concepts, threat laydowns, and system characteristics from government documentation and SMEs

• Ability towork independently with minimal oversight while maintaining focus on objectives defined by the client

• Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degreein Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS

Nice If You Have:

• Experiencein air, space, or multi-domain operations, electronic warfare, or command and control modeling

• Experiencewith technical briefings, reports, and presentations to stakeholders

• Experiencewith Python or MATLAB for automation and visualization

• Knowledge ofmilitary platforms, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), CONOPS, and mission-level concepts

• Knowledge ofair combat, ISR, electronic warfare, or electromagnetic spectrum operations

• Possession ofexcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;Top Secret clearance is required.
