Appian Technical Delivery Manager
The Opportunity:
As a low-code no-code solution engineer, you know how to harness the latest technologies by developing low-code platforms and creating user-friendly solutions for your clients. We’re looking for a seasoned solution engineer like you to support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready, solving our clients’ most complex challenges.
As a lead low-code/no-code solution engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll share your skillsin programming languages and databases, using little to no code to identify new techniques and improve the digital environment. You’ll use the latest cloud tools as you guide your team and developcreative solutions. Using your technical knowledge, you’ll work cross-collaboratively to automate and accelerate cloud modernization and reduce system maintenance and development costs.
You’ll be a trusted advisor to your clients as you translate their IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.

You Have:
- 8+ years of experiencedesigning, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods
- 8+ years of experienceusing Appian low-code/no-code platforms, and developing applications using little to no code and using a low-code or no-code platform to create apps
- 3+ years of experiencemanaging Appian development projects from design to production
- 3+ years of experiencein IT project management and leading agile development teams
- Experiencewith basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
- Experienceacquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
- Experiencementoring or supervising employees within a collaborative team environment
- Ability towork with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
- Ability toobtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degreeor 10+ years of experiencein software engineering in lieu of a degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
