Business Analyst, Junior
The Opportunity:
Leverage business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools, and applications for a business function or business unit. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts and limited industry knowledge. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity and refer more complex issues to higher levels. Work under direct supervision. This position is located in San Diego, CA.
You Have:
2+ years of experienceworking with data in a professional environment
Experiencewith data visualization, including Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
Knowledge ofbusiness analysis or business intelligence tools or approaches
Ability todisplay a keen eye for detail, connect the dots and dig deeper to uncover stories and trends in data
Ability toobtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experiencewith SQL, R, SAS, or Python
Experiencewith data structures and systems in a DoD environment
Ability towork collaboratively and effectively across different functional groups
Bachelor's degreein a Technical field preferred, Master's degreein an Analytical field a plus

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,100.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
