The Opportunity:
Doing DevSecOps well means development and automation. Making tasks repeatable and efficient across multiple environments requires Infrastructure as Code (IAC), scripting, and sometimes writing applications. Our cloud service broker team is looking for a developer with a good understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS)cloud infrastructure, containerization, and networking to make new cloud capabilities available in secure environments.

You Have:
7+ years of experiencedesigning, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining systems in an enterprise-scale secure environment using Linux and Microsoft platforms
3+ years of experiencewith DevOps and cloud engineering using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)in AWS, Azure, and GCP using Terraform or CloudFormation, including hands-on development in GCP
3+ years of experiencewith operational support activities such as system monitoring, incident response, logging or metrics configuration, and troubleshooting cloud workloads
2+ years of experienceusing Golang, Python, SQL, Scala, or Java
Experiencedeveloping CI/CD pipelines to build, test, and deploy applications and infrastructure
Experiencewith networking fundamentals, including DNS, routing, switching, and load-balancing
Experiencewith containerization or orchestration using Kubernetes or Docker and Helm charts
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GEDand 8+ years of experiencewith software engineering, or Bachelor's degreeand 4+ years of experiencewith software engineering
Ability toobtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certificationwithin 30 days of start date

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
