Analyzes,maintains, and reviews comprehensive documentation for all troubleshooting procedures, interacts professionally with clients and exhibits expertise in customer service, and maintains currency and a high level of technical expertise. Interacts with network services, software systems engineering, and applications development to restore services or identifies and corrects core problems. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
